la sua intervista<\/a><\/span>), \u00e8 stato premiato nell\u2019Auletta dei Gruppi Parlamentari presso la Camera dei Deputati di Montecitorio.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019occasione \u00e8 stata la consegna dei <strong>premi dell\u2019albo d\u2019Oro dei Cuochi della Federazione Italiana Cuochi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo il saluto di <strong>Rocco Pozzulo<\/strong>, presidente della Federazione Italiana Cuochi, l\u2019evento condotto dal giornalista Federico Ruffo ha visto la consegna di numerosi riconoscimenti.<\/p>\n<p>Prima quelli internazionali ai Cuochi Ambasciatori che all\u2019estero, attraverso La Federazione Italiana Cuochi e il Ministero delle Politiche Agricole, rappresentano la cultura della cucina italiana.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi \u00e8 toccato ai <strong>Giovani Cuochi<\/strong>, che si sono distinti nelle Scuole alberghiere e di formazione professionale, agli <strong>Chef Patron<\/strong>, che con la loro ospitalit\u00e0 professionale hanno evidenziato la cultura della cucina italiana, e agli i<strong>nsegnanti e assistenti tecnici<\/strong> delle scuole alberghiere e di formazione alberghiera, che fanno conoscere per primi l\u2019arte dei cuochi.<\/p>\n<p><img dei Cuochi Italiani, fra cui Germano Pontoni, Maestro di Cucina Onorario della Federazione.<\/p>\n<p>Sullo schermo dell\u2019aula \u00e8 apparsa la motivazione: \u201c<em>Per l\u2019instancabile impegno offerto alla crescita dell\u2019Arte Culinaria, per essere stato, in cucina e nella vita di ogni giorno, un sicuro esempio di umanit\u00e0 e professionalit\u00e0 per ogni venga concesso alla Federazione Italiana Cuochi il massimo riconoscimento in attesa che la Cucina Italiana diventi Patrimonio Mondiale
