{"id":43902,"date":"2022-06-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/?p=43902"},"modified":"2022-06-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-06-09T23:00:00","slug":"le-trote-delle-risorgive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/home_desk\/le-trote-delle-risorgive\/","title":{"rendered":"Le trote delle Risorgive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> \t\u201c<em>La trota delle risorgive friulane<\/em> &#8211; <em>Guizzi di sapore e di salute<\/em>\u201d questo \u00e8 il titolo dell\u2019ultimo lavoro del Maestro di cucina <strong>Germano Pontoni<\/strong> edito dall\u2019Orto della Cultura che \u00e8 stato presentato presso il <strong>Mulino di<\/strong> <strong>Braida di Flambro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> \tA fare gli onori di casa e a introdurre la serata \u00e8 stato <strong>Mario Salvalaggio<\/strong>, presidente dell\u2019associazione \u201cLe Marculine\u201d, il quale nel presentare l\u2019evento ha tracciato anche un percorso storico sul luogo dove si \u00e8 tenuta la presentazione, ricordando le origini del mulino che, oggi ristrutturato, risalgono al 1101. \u00c8 uno dei due ancora integri sul territorio.<\/p>\n<p> \tSalvalaggio ha illustrato le problematiche legate anche all\u2019approvvigionamento delle acque. Oggi, anche per fattori chimici, la comunit\u00e0 locale ha deciso di servirsi dell\u2019acquedotto.
