in tavola, Cervignano pensa gi\u00e0 al bis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> \tSuccesso per la prima edizione di \u201c<em>Porto in tavola la solidariet\u00e0<\/em>\u201d organizzato a <strong>Cervignano del Friuli<\/strong> dall\u2019associazione <strong>Progetto Futuro<\/strong>, dall\u2019<strong>Hostaria al Porto<\/strong> e dalla <strong>Caritas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> \tNonostante il progetto sia nato in prossimit\u00e0 della festa natalizie, con poco tempo a disposizione per organizzarlo, molte persone hanno aderito.<\/p>\n<p> \tL\u2019Hostaria al Porto ha messo a disposizione una grande tavolata per le persone in difficolt\u00e0 che il giorno di Natale hanno cos\u00ec potuto godere di un pasto caldo e di un paio di ore di spensieratezza.<\/p>\n<p> \tIl men\u00f9 \u00e8 stato tutto a base di pesce: tortino di verdure, seguito dal pasticcio di lasagne con salmone affumicato e spinacini, quindi baccal\u00e0 con polenta e frittura di calamari, e conclusione con strudel alla tirolese e <em>flute<\/em> di gran <em>cuv\u00e8\u00e8<\/em> con panettone.<\/p>\n<p> \tIl servizio \u00e8 stato assicurato dallo staff dell\u2019Hostaria ma anche dai volontari di Progetto Futuro.<\/p>\n<p> \tAl termine del pranzo a tutti i partecipanti \u00e8 stato donato un piccolo presente, mentre ai gestori del ristorante, <strong>Riccardo Michelangeli<\/strong> ed <strong>Elaine Vernazza<\/strong>, \u00e8 stato consegnato il riconoscimento \u201cProgetto di Solidariet\u00e0\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> \tSi sta gi\u00e0 pensando per il prossimo anno, con l\u2019intento di partire prima con l\u2019organizzazione e cercando di coinvolgere altri ristoranti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Positiva la prima
