L\u2019oggetto di bonus sar\u00e0\u00a0<strong>la zucca<\/strong>, l\u2019ortaggio della Carnia pi\u00f9 colorato e versatile, che viene usato dall\u2019antipasto al dolce.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie alla collaborazione tra PromoturismoFVG e la produzione del programma Banijay Italia, lo<strong>\u00a0chef Alessandro Borghese\u00a0<\/strong>e la sua troupe sono ritornati per la terza volta in Friuli Venezia Giulia lo scorso novembre accendendo i riflettori sulle eccellenze enogastronomiche della Carnia.
