Questo l\u2019obiettivo del progetto \u201cSempre giovani\u201d promosso nel comune di Bicinicco dall\u2019Asd Karate Strassoldo, con il patrocinio dell\u2019amministrazione comunale.<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di un vero e proprio corso di ginnastica dolce per la terza et\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGli esercizi consigliati e praticati durante la ginnastica dolce \u2013 spiega l\u2019istruttore <strong>Michael Zamaro<\/strong> \u2013 sono semplici e non esercitano un impatto elevato sulla corporatura e sulle articolazioni. Pur mantenendo le strutture e non creando eccessive sollecitazioni, la ginnastica dolce \u00e8 in grado di portare eccellenti benefici in tutto il fisico. Il grande vantaggio \u00e8 che questo tipo di ginnastica pu\u00f2 essere svolta da tutti, \u00e8 semplice ed \u00e8 facile approccio, anche per chi non ha mai svolto attivit\u00e0 fisica o lo ha fatto in maniera incostante e discontinua. Non servono attrezzature particolari o professionali e non richiede l\u2019utilizzo di carichi artificiali\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAttraverso il corso \u201cSempre Giovani\u201d \u2013 sottolinea Zamaro \u2013 andremo a migliorare la circolazione, rinforzare e allungare i muscoli, preservare le articolazioni e allungare e rafforzare l\u2019apparato cardio circolatorio.
