{"id":26013,"date":"2018-02-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/?p=26013"},"modified":"2018-02-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-02-01T23:00:00","slug":"ad-aquileia-il-piacere-del-benessere-a-tavola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/home_desk\/ad-aquileia-il-piacere-del-benessere-a-tavola\/","title":{"rendered":"Ad Aquileia il piacere del benessere a tavola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Serata speciale al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imagazine.it\/aziende\/718\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>ristorante \u201cLa Colombara\u201d di Aquileia<\/u><\/a>, incentrata sul piacere del benessere a tavola, dal titolo <em>La Rosa del Friuli vi presenta l\u2019Aronia<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Organizzato proprio dal ristorante e <em>iMagazinePartner<\/em> \u201cLa Colombara\u201d delle sorelle <strong>Monya e Katia Aizza<\/strong>, assieme alla \u201cFarmacia Santa Maria\u201d di Villa Vicentina, l\u2019evento ha visto la collaborazione di numerose altre realt\u00e0 del territorio: l\u2019 \u201cAzienda Agricola Bianchin\u201d di Fiumicello, la Pasticceria \u201cLa Rosa\u201d di Cervignano del Friuli, la \u201cSociet\u00e0 Agricola Rigonat\u201d di Ruda e la \u201cCantina Vinicola Valpanera\u201d di Villa Vicentina, i cui vini hanno accompagnato le diverse portate.<\/p>\n<p>Tra i numerosi commensali presenti in sala anche tre sindaci del territorio: quello di Cervignano, <strong>Gianluigi Savino<\/strong>, quello di Ruda, <strong>Franco Lenarduzzi<\/strong>, e quello di Bagnaria Arsa, <strong>Cristiano Tiussi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le portate, sapientemente preparate dallo chef <strong>Germano Boso<\/strong>, applauditissimo a fine serata da tutti i presenti, sono state intervallate da spiegazioni e approfondimenti a tema, curati dal sommelier <strong>Alessio Borselli<\/strong>, dal giornalista ed erborista <strong>Walter Pansini<\/strong>, e dagli esperti <strong>Samo Sanzin<\/strong> e <strong>Alessandro Cudini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti hanno sottolineato l\u2019importanza della bio-sostenibilit\u00e0 e della lotta integrata, a partire dalla coltivazione dei prodotti fino alla scelta corretta delle pietanze per una sana alimentazione.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La traduzione in tavola \u00e8 stato il prelibato menu proposto dallo chef Boso:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Benvenuto<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toc in Braide Saraceno, Rosa \u201cBianchin\u201d Montasio BIO all\u2019Aronia<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Primo Piatto<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carnaroli BIO mantecato con la Mela Friulana \u201cRigonat\u201d e Rosa di \u201cBianchin\u201d e polvere d\u2019Aronia<\/p>\n<p>Fusilli di Kamut Khorasan BIO macinati a pietra con pesto di Rosa \u201cBianchin\u201d e San Daniele 18 mesi croccante<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Secondo Piatto<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Costine di maiale marinate alla birra \u201cRiedenburger Dinkel\u201d BIO al Farro su listarelle di Verza \u201cBianchin\u201d all\u2019aceto balsamico di Aronia<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dolce<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le dolci tentazioni della pasticceria \u201cLa Rosa\u201d di Stefano Collaut<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le diverse portate sono state accompagnate dei vini della \u201cCantina Vinicola Valpanera\u201d: <em>Ca\u2019 del Borgo Extra Dry Curv\u00e9e<\/em>, <em>Chardonnay 2016<\/em>, <em>Rosso di Valpanera 2014<\/em>, <em>Refosco d.P.R.
