{"id":20696,"date":"2016-10-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-10-23T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/?p=20696"},"modified":"2016-10-24T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-10-23T23:00:00","slug":"la-regina-del-capo-in-b-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/home_desk\/la-regina-del-capo-in-b-2\/","title":{"rendered":"La regina del &#8220;Capo in B&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si \u00e8 chiusa con successo la terza edizione del <em>Trieste Coffee Festival<\/em>, evento diffuso per svelare i segreti del caff\u00e8, far scoprire i diversi metodi di preparazione e in generale per promuovere la \u201ccultura del caff\u00e8\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Evento nell&#39;evento, la \u201cCapo in B Championship\u201d, gara tra i baristi del territorio per il miglior \u201ccappuccino in bicchiere\u201d, il caff\u00e8 preferito dai triestini, ha visto il trionfo di <strong>Tjasa Milkovich<\/strong> del \u201cWhite Caf\u00e8\u201d di via Genova, laureatasi campionessa per la terza volta consecutiva.<\/p>\n<p>Al secondo posto <strong>Piero Bassanese<\/strong> del \u201cBar al G\u201d e al terzo <strong>Vincenzo Greco<\/strong> del \u201cCaff\u00e8 degli Specchi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La competizione, organizzata dal\u00a0 <em>Trieste Coffee Festival<\/em> in collaborazione con FIPE Trieste, ha visto la partecipazione di 17 baristi e prevedeva per ciascun partecipante la realizzazione di 4 \u201cCapi in B\u201d identici, uno per ciascun giudice, entro massimo 5 minuti.\u00a0 Allo scadere del tempo gli esaminatori hanno valutato elementi tecnici ed elementi sensoriali per giungere al verdetto finale.<\/p>\n<p>Gli elementi tecnici considerati sono stati: la precisione e pulizia (macchina e lancia vapore durante e al termine della gara), la qualit\u00e0 dell&#39;esecuzione (no sprechi di latte o caff\u00e8 &#8211; espresso preparato alla perfezione &#8211; pressatura uniforme) e l&#39;adeguatezza delle proporzioni (1\/3 espresso &#8211; 1\/3 latte &#8211; 1\/3 schiuma).
