Fondatore e componente del duo \u201cChissenefood\u201d, con cui si esibiva in showcooking cabarettati, presentazioni ed eventi, Marconetti \u00e8 ora chef e titolare di Umami, una nuova caffetteria con cucina aperta a Milano che nel men\u00f9 accoglie anche alcuni salumi della tradizione triestina marchiati Mas\u00e8.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\u201cUna conoscenza nata quasi per caso un anno fa, \u2013 svela Stefano Fulchir, amministratore delegato di Mas\u00e8 \u2013 ci siamo incontrati a Milano e subito piaciuti. E cos\u00ec, quando la sua idea di impresa ha cominciato a prendere corpo, Andrea ci ha contattati per collaborare\u201d.
