{"id":19546,"date":"2016-04-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-04-09T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/?p=19546"},"modified":"2016-04-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-04-09T23:00:00","slug":"joannis-antonio-driussi-e-il-re-del-salame","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imagazine.it\/home_desk\/joannis-antonio-driussi-e-il-re-del-salame\/","title":{"rendered":"Joannis, Antonio Driussi \u00e8 il re del salame"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ui-droppable\"> \tAmalgama, colore, odore, sapore, grado di speziatura, fragranza: sono alcuni aspetti che permettono di valutare una fetta di salame. \u00c8 quello che hanno fatto i partecipanti alla \u201c20^ rassegna del salame a Joannis\u201d, tenutasi presso la locale sala canonica della frazione di Aiello del Friuli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ui-droppable\"> \tPresenti diversi norcini ma anche semplici degustatori \u201cdilettanti\u201d che hanno valutato le 14 fette dei 14 salami partecipanti alla competizione. Prima uno sguardo alla fetta per vedere l&#8217;amalgama tra il grasso e il magro, poi una annusata per l&#8217;odore, infine l&#8217;assaggio, con masticazione molto lenta per assaporare i profumi e i sapori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ui-droppable\"> \tTutti i salami sono stati ritenuti di ottima fattura e cos\u00ec nelle valutazioni \u00e8 risultato un ex aequo: due insaccati hanno ricevuto le stesse preferenze (prima volta nella storia ventennale di questa manifestazione).
