Il format della sfida, ideato e realizzato dalle\u00a0<strong>agenzie BKer e Modica<\/strong>, a portato ai fornelli della <strong>cucina di Matja\u017e \u0160inigoj, chef del ristorante<\/strong>, decine di candidati dalle vicine regioni italiane e dalla Slovenia, che si sono sfidati in diverse tappe a partire dallo scorso mese di ottobre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ui-droppable\"> \tLa\u00a0finalissima ha coinvolto oltre alla giuria tecnica (composta da giornalisti, esperti chef, ristoratori e sponsor dei vini) anche oltre trenta ospiti che hanno partecipato alla assegnazione dei voti e alla proclamazione della vincitrice, titolo per cui erano in gara <strong>Marzia Argentini, Sara Tortora e Roberta Pian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ui-droppable\"> \tIl menu della serata \u00e8 stato ideato proprio insieme allo Chef \u0160inigoj e comprendeva: coppa di guancia di vitello con salsa all\u2019aceto balsamico e tartufo con l\u2019insalata croccante di puntarelle; ravioli ripieni di patate e carciofi su crema di ceci e burrata; roastbeef al pistacchio e tortino di topinambur e pera con marmellata di radicchio e per dolce pandoro scomposto con granache bianca e gelato di mela cotta al forno.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ui-droppable\"> \tEd \u00e8 stato appunto l\u2019ultimo piatto, il dolce, a consacrare come vincitrice del cooking contest<strong> Sara Tortora<\/strong>.
